Qijin Cheng

Director & President

BA in Japanese Studies,
Sun Yat-sen University

After graduating from Sun Yat-sen University, one of China’s top universities, he held managerial positions at several major companies, including the Chinese subsidiary of a Japanese trading firm. In 2008, he founded his own company (Top-g), specializing in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of air and water purification equipment, as well as environmental protection materials. Today, he leverages his extensive experience in international trade to drive business across Japan, China, and global markets.

Kohei Oyama

After completing graduate school, he joined BOSCH Japan, where he gained experience in advanced development, technical requirements management, sales, and project management—mainly focusing on autonomous driving systems and braking products. He was later transferred to the company’s German headquarters, where he also contributed to product strategy planning. After returning to Japan, he worked at a consulting firm supporting companies in the automotive industry. In 2025, he was appointed Representative Director of Nippon Kanchi Technology Co., Ltd.

Hitoshi Kiyokawa

Sales Manager

In 2021, he received the Fujiwara Award from the Faculty of Science and Technology at Keio University and the Miura Award from the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers. In 2022, he joined P&G Japan as a Supply Chain Manager and Warehouse Engineer, overseeing consumer goods logistics across Western Japan and managing international imports and exports. After leaving the company in 2023, he worked as a tennis coach in New York. He joined Nippon Kanchi Technology Co., Ltd. in 2024.
